1. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds on products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We recommend capturing videos and photos during the unboxing process to serve as proof in case of any defects or damages.


2. How to Request a Refund

Refund options are available only for personal orders. Refunds are not applicable for bulk or institutional orders (e.g., bulk school kits).
To request a refund for personal orders:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to My Orders.
  • Select the order you want to refund and click on the Refund option.

Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, the item(s) will be picked up by our courier partner within 7 days.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Products that have been personalised, customised, or tailored to specific measurements.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales.
  • Undergarments or perishable items.

5. Shipping & Pickup Costs

Shipping and pickup costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and pickup will be deducted from the refunded amount.


6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired product.


7. Cancelled Orders

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to My Orders.
  • Select the order you want to cancel and click on Cancel Order.

Please note:

  • Orders must be cancelled within 5 hours of placing them.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
